Innovation Event Space is a white canvas, perfect for all types of events, parties, meetings, private dinners and more! If you have a reason to celebrate, we have the perfect space and an event planner on site to help assist you!
Innovation Event Space can be configured for seated dinners, cocktail hours with high-tops, or conference-style seating. Resin tables and chairs for any of these configurations are included in the cost of the booking. Other amenities are available for purchase as indicated, and we are also happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors for other services.
Innovation Event Space is available for rental seven days a week from 8:00am to midnight. Booking rates are as follows:
- Day Rates (8:00am-2:00pm)
- $650 Monday through Thursday
- $1,000 Friday & Sunday
- $1,250 Saturday
- Evening Rates (4:00pm-midnight)
- $850 Monday through Thursday
- $1,250 Friday & Sunday
- $1,500 Saturday
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due thirty (30) days prior to the event.
Any SpotSeeker who books the Innovation Event Space will be required to sign the Innovation Event Space standard contract, a copy of which may be found HERE.
Non-profits and parties renting the space for multiple days receive discounts on these rates. If either of these categories applies to you, please indicate such on your booking form.
