The Black Sheep office is open, sunny and full of places to collaborate. It’s a historic building in the heart of the Houston Heights—it was once a textile mill and is now suites of unique offices. From the living room that greets you as you walk through the doors to the three giant standing-desk tables located throughout the office, there is ample space for private events, film and photo shoots and meetings. Vibrant, modern, creative and comfortable spaces for everyone to do their best work. We have a lot of plants to make it homey and both a record player and Sonos speaker system to pump up the jams to keep the workday groovin’.
Community impact is central to our work at Black Sheep, which is why we make our space available for nonprofits to use for after hours events on select weeknights and weekend days. The frequency of these events varies, and is determined by the agency’s schedule in any given month.
Any nonprofit that requests to use the space will be required to provide documentation of their non-profit status, and information about the work they do in the community.
After hours bookings on weekdays begin at 6pm and must end no later than 10pm. Times for weekend use are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All SpotSeekers provide their own refreshments, and are responsible for clean-up of the space after use.
