The occupancy depends on tenant(s) needs – small offices could accommodate more than one individual if the office, for example, is to be used infrequently –(i.e., Sales Rep. that isn’t in the office much of the time). The larger offices can accommodate 2 to 4 individuals.
NOTE: If leasing any of the offices ‘as is’ (not requiring the Landlord to replace carpet or paint) a $20 per month discount would apply.
